I tried to blend in all the leadership qualities - While I was working at this start up one of our client decided not to give us their further branching operations. I described how I solve the problem, how did I know that the client was not happy, how did I pursue the client, what was the communication gaps, how did I restructure the team and resources to tackle three projects simultaneously. One notable point I disagreed when she told me her assessment and clearly stated how I managed to use limited resources rather than increasing resources - which is also an amazon principle. Finally I got a final interview call.
