I responded with the required performance during various phases of a satellite on an observational science mission, such as power consumption, fault tolerance, redundancy, and cost. My answers were not extremely technical, but rather from a systems engineering perspective. Moins
The interview was pretty disappointing actually. They have to ask you a boilerplate set of questions. They're looking for STAR type answers, i.e. describe a time you had to work with someone you had trouble getting along with, leadership example. Really no technical questions which was kind of hard to believe.
