Colloquio tecnico con live code , in seguito un assessment per verificare le skills in maniera più ampia. 3 step colloquio con l'HR e infine con i i diversi manager dell'azienda per una completa conoscenza della persona.

Il processo di selezione è chiaro e ben strutturato. Un'unica figura HR ti accompagna nel percorso delle varie interview con le varie figure aziendali. Il percorso comprende vari step: 1. colloquio conoscitivo HR 2. colloquio conoscitivo Team Lead 3. test coding + domande generali da svolgere in 3 giorni 4. colloquio tecnico 5. colloquio finale con HR

4 Different Steps: 1) first meetup with HR team to talk about past experiences, studies etc. a company presentation is provided by HR 2) Technical Interview with Senior Team Member. Questions over different technical topics are asked 3) Technical Assesment. a take home assessment to finish in the span of a week with a good degree of freedom 4) Tech meetup to review the assesment with Senior Team Member Overall, smooth and clear process with a lot of information shared from the company employees.

Very professional interviews and with particular attention to the human side. Four interviews in total First and second interview with HR Dept Then Interview with the Hiring Manager, then Panel Interview with Hiring Manager ( Sales Director) and presales dept

A seguito di una breve e piacevole presentazione personale mia e delle persone preposte all’interview, che mi hanno descritto nello specifico prodotto e processi aziendali, il colloquio ha poi presentato domande strettamente relative alla stesura di codice, domande su metodologie di lavoro e anche di pura logica, rendendosi estremamente stimolante ed appagante. Elemento finale del colloquio è stato poi una breve sessione di live coding. Il tutto rigorosamente in inglese!

The interview process was quite thought out and well planned. The steps involved a meeting with HR, a meeting with the Head of the department, a technical interview and finally a meeting with the CEO. During the entire process, the HR department has been in constant contact, providing feedback and updates and replying promptly to eventual questions.

1° step: primo confronto telefonico 2° step: HR Interview via meeting online 3° step: Technical Interview 4° step: Presentazione Devo dire che è stato il processo di selezione migliore al quale sono stata sottoposta. Ogni step era chiaro e si sono sempre resi molto disponibili. Ma la cosa che l'ha reso particolarmente di valore sono state le persone che lo hanno portato avanti: persone serie, affidabili e molto umane.
