Applied online. Heard back a few days later and was invited to a group interview. It was super casual and mostly just played icebreaker games. Met the jocks to get a feel for which personalities matched ours. Got an email a few days later with an offer and our show assignment.

Over 5 weeks, was told weekly that I was in the system and being processed

Entretien
It was a series of short zoom interviews. After my resume was reviewed I had an introductory interview, and then I was interviewed to be placed with a manager in a specific subset of the company. They were light hearted and relatively straightforward. Both interviewers were laid back and casual.
The interview was a short phone call followed by another phone call, both were rather informal and I just walked through my resume. I then got an email outlining the job.
