    Entretien

    Interview was with the line manager and a senior analyst in your chosen area. It was located at their UK headquarters and lasted for around an hour. Each of them introduced themselves, what they did on a day to day basis and gave a brief overview of the role you were applying for. Then the remainder was interview questions.

    This was the middle part of their application process. I did the online application and then a recorded video interview. If I get through the next stage is the assessment centre.

    In the video interview you are given two minutes of prep/googling time before recording your answer for up to two minutes.

    Online application which led to an E-Test. I then got an invite to do a Video Interview and passing this was told to keep dates open for Assessment Centre Invite.

    Passed video interview but was placed on reserve list and not invited.

    1 hour presentation, lunch and networking, 30 Minuit group discussion and finally an 1 hour interview. The group discussion is intense, with 2 people watching every individual. and 3 overall assessors. So will be around 5 of you and 13 moderators in total watching from every angle in the room. However they are extremely unorganised. Took a lifetime (Nearly 3 weeks) to get back with final answer. Mixed up my interview dates.

    Standard online tests then assessment centre after long wait, but with regular updates to let you know you're still in with a chance. Assessors from the department were generally nice, though they don't seem to have much interview experience. Day consisted of interview, group exercise, presentation you have to take with you, and nice lunch.

    Unfortunately it took more than 5 weeks to hear back, despite them saying we would hear by the end of the week. I had figured by that point that I didn't get it.

    Interviewed by line manager and Head of department. Questions followed by a task on excel which I wasn't expecting! It was very vague instructions and the language and products used were all internal jargon so I'd challenge anyone who's not already working for them to really understand the task efficiently. Left alone for 15 minutes to complete and then a few more questions to finish.
    Head of department didn't come back in for the second part which I felt was quite rude.

    The interview was made up of a competency based interview plus a role play. The interviewers were very friendly and made me feel at ease. The interview was fairly straightforward with no curve balls...nothing that I did not expect from an interview
