I have 5 years experience working on Livelihood interventions ranging from Food for Asset, Value chain, micro gardening. This vast experience ranges from both developmental, resilient and emergency livelihoods.
I tried to include most of the amazon leadership principle in one example. hiring manager didn't ask anything else rather she dived deeper into the example I gave her. I tried to blend in all the leadership qualities - While I was working at this start up one of our client decided not to give us their further branching operations. I described how I solve the problem, how did I know that the client was not happy, how did I pursue the client, what was the communication gaps, how did I restructure the team and resources to tackle three projects simultaneously. One notable point I disagreed when she told me her assessment and clearly stated how I managed to use limited resources rather than increasing resources - which is also an amazon principle. Finally I got a final interview call.
When I had to handle my first simultaneous Interpreting.

There were no trap questions. A lot of scenario questions: What will you do in this case? How do you handle that? A lot of question about my motivation, my expectation, my personality. On the technical interview, there was an exercise on designing a scalable system.
There's a lot of elements to typically cover in these questions, clarifications, scoping, making sure you're answering the actual question the interviewer is looking for you to answer, etc. Could be worth doing a mock interview with one of the Prepfully Criteo Engineering Program Manager experts... they've worked in the role so they clearly know how to get through the interview. prepfully.com/practice-interviews
