Question 1 : Expliquez comment vous communiquez des informations sur la santé et la sécurité au public.

Comment répondre : Cette question vous permet de mettre en avant votre capacité à communiquer efficacement sur de nombreux supports. L’écriture et l’expression orale sont deux compétences essentielles pour ce poste, car vous pouvez être chargé de créer des documents de formation, de faire des présentations, d’animer des ateliers, etc. Détaillez comment vous discutez de situations à enjeux majeurs de manière claire et calme.

Question 2 : Parlez-moi d’une situation où vous avez travaillé avec des cadres dirigeants pour mettre en œuvre un plan.

Comment répondre : Une réponse positive à cette question prouverait que vous êtes un collaborateur efficace et que vous savez gérer les conflits. Dans certaines circonstances, la direction peut écarter vos suggestions à cause de contraintes de budget ou de temps. Expliquez comment vous parvenez à convaincre les autres pour qu’ils accordent la priorité à la santé et à la sécurité et comment vous amenez l’équipe vers un plan qui protège l’entreprise.

Question 3 : Comment inciter les employés à participer à une action de sécurité ?

Comment répondre : Motiver les autres est une compétence de leadership cruciale. Expliquez comment vous identifiez les résistances au sein du personnel, puis expliquez les tactiques que vous utilisez pour vous rapprocher des employés. Pensez à raconter une anecdote qui démontre comment vous aidez les employés à comprendre l’importance d’adhérer à des actions de sécurité.

I studied work safety from the formal education of D3 Hyperkes UNS. Then worked at the head office of the largest courier and logistics company in Indonesia. There I was a pioneer with the achievement of developing safety organizations, developing work programs and national budgets, with a concentration on building a Safety Management System, training, improving Industrial Hygiene, Emergency response, and CSMS for tenders to Oil and Gas. Then I developed a career in Oil and Gas on a 2D/3D Seismic project. There they deal more with construction, waste, hygiene, boat and ship safety, forest safety, and handling explosives. Next I made a career in civil aviation safety. The main activities are CSMS, HSE training for pilots, flight attendants, and ground crew, ERP, and office HSE. At Pertamina EP I was the HSSE Coordinator, on EPC and drilling projects. Its activities include guiding and supervising contractor HSE Compliance, teaching BST-LR and Emergency drills, monitoring HSE plan implementation, CSMS assessments, inspections, and assisting incident investigations. I also have experience teaching HSE on campus, from preparing GBPP to teaching HSE in class. Working experience in offshore, precisely in the Natuna Sea as an HSE officer on a pre lay survey project. Its activities include inspection of work facilities, emergency drills, monitoring of safe work, as a first aider, and assisting incident investigations. Moins
