I knew this was going to be a question that everyone had so I asked a lot about the day to day duties, asked about the firm in general - for example, how did the firm handle the housing market crash in 2008 because it speaks to how they would handle another crash in the future...etc. Phrase my questions around firm culture, things I'm passionate about (female leadership) and let them know I'm looking for a future here.
