J'ai travaillé chez Aerotek à temps plein (Plus d'un an)
The people you work with are great, but it's a revolving door so they won't be there for long.
Insane hours, undervaluing of contributions, and pay is not what it should be for the high stress of the role.

J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien à Aerotek (Rosemont, IL (États-Unis)) en novembre 2018.
Two things bothered me. 1. I mentioned to both my phone recruiter and in person recruiter that I had traveled over 3 hrs there and back to interview in person. They wanted me to travel AGAIN just to shadow the job. The in person interview and job shadow really could all have been done in one day. 2. They commonly mentioned " you will be expected to work a MINIMUM of 7am- 6:00pm everyday, some days working 12 hrs". (plus the Rosemont commute is 1hr into the city ) I would repeatedly get calls from my recruiter past 6pm and even on Sundays. You have potential to make a lot of money but you'll never get to enjoy life outside work. In total, I got very bad vibes. I've had MULTIPLE friends work there for only a year before they got burned out on the hours and had to leave.
