Je travaille chez Amazon à plein temps (Plus d'un an)
Most of the non-management people are hard working folks just trying to negotiate their way through life and find a place to work hard and be rewarded.
The upper management doesn't listen to employees or partners even though they may have expertise on a specific topic. Mid-level management is even worse; they're a bunch of snot-nosed college grads trying to make a name for themselves to climb the ladder to upper management or another position that will take them there or burned out managers from other companies trying to hang on to retirement and get as many stock options as possible until the time comes.
Conseils à la direction
Listen to the people doing work for you and get your hands dirty. Also...live the words, literally, written on the walls of the places we work!

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien à Amazon (Everett, WA (États-Unis)) en octobre 2017.
Just applied online at Amazon jobs. I applied as a warehouse worker, and I waited about 2 weeks to hear back. There is no interview. They hire a batch of people at times when there is demand for them.
So, basically just apply, and wait to see if the recruiter think you are suitable. It took me 2 months to get a shift after I got the job however. Just be ready for thatm.
