I love working for Appen!
I noticed several reviews saying this isn't a real opportunity - it absolutely is a real work from home contract opportunity and is definitely not a scam. . . but it is contract work. If you have never done contract work, it's a good idea to investigate how that works before applying or writing a review expecting employee benefits and practices and talking negatively about it instead of realizing that it is par for the course of what to expect when it comes to contracted work.
Conseils à la direction
Keep up the good work!

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 jours. J'ai passé un entretien à Appen (Bothell, WA (États-Unis)) en juin 2016.
Pretty much exact same as previous people have stated. Applied, brief e-mail correspondence, took pre-screen tests, received response two days later stating that I passed all the pre-screen test BUT unfortunately they do not have any openings due to a large number of applicants. They stated that they would, however like to keep in touch and would notify me if any openings became available. Also encouraged me to look at their crowd sourcing position.
It seems like, from reading the reviews, that there haven't been any available position for quiet some time now. If that is the case why still leave the job opening up on your site under "Available positions" Its is very misleading and it wastes people's time. Also very unprofessional, in my honest opinion. If there was something on our application process or pre-screen that also was a red flag then it would be appreciated if honest feedback was given rather than generic statements that you seem to give to others also. Again, very unprofessional. In the world of business its a given that you act in a professional manor with potential clients and employess but how you act towards those who you do not have a working business relationship with is truly what determines how successful you will be.
