Je travaille chez AstraZeneca à plein temps
Benefits are ok - average for a global pharma working in Massachusetts.
Waltham site is increasingly leased out. Center-of-mass in US is Gaithersburg, especially post-Medi integration (which has been going for a year now). Career progression is very slow. Management promises change then slow walks everything like they are saving money.
Conseils à la direction
If you want a global, modern workforce, then make sure the incentives and expectations align with that not with site-driven silo "ownership" culture. Internal visibility and politics entirely driven by Workplace (i.e., Facebook). Be transparent about career promotion and performance reviews.

J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien à AstraZeneca (Waltham, MA (États-Unis)) en octobre 2019.
The US based team were OK. But the UK based computational chemistry team were very rude and mean. It made me very uncomfortable. Overall, a big corporate culture, did not feel like these was a place to grow and learn, but rather a place to crank up the machine and produce $$$ for the investors.
