J'ai travaillé chez Asurion (Moins d'un an)
The pay is above market by a point or two.
No stability - because the organization is owned by a couple of private equity firms, the focus is on driving the bottom line - that means squeeze the biggest fixed cost bucket (people) every time EBITDA needs to improved
Conseils à la direction
Look at other areas to cut - Asurion has a well deserved reputation as a meat grinder

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien à Asurion (Franklin, TN (États-Unis)) en janvier 2010.
Interviews were coordinated through the recruiting firm with which I was working. I ended up having three interviews on three separate visits which I thought was one too many. Two were panel interviews and the last was with someone that hadn't been available for the others. Mainly discussed my background and experience. No surprise questions. Communication was fast and the whole process moved quickly.
Questions d'entretien d'embauche
I accepted the contract position I was offered. After a couple months I was given an offer to make the position permanent. I declined. Benefits were good and atmosphere was relaxed, but salary was too low.
