I applied for a role in the comapny in 2015. The interview was scheduled within few weeks and the recruitment team was in contact to update me throughout the stages of the interview. Recruitment process was extremely professional as the role required a role play and oral interviews. Got the job eventually and was also given time to notify my previous employer prior to joining the organisation. Upon joining, i was put through thorough training to best prepare me for the role. I can go on and on. The staff members were extremely friendly and training was a continual thing.
There should be more flexibility in the shifts arrangement to better support parents with kids
