J'ai travaillé chez Capgemini à temps plein (Plus de 8 ans)
passionate people, company culture, global career growth opportunities, talents management, processes, technology
under-performers not welcomed, high expectations from talents, if you want to climb fast in the company then forget about work-life balance.
Conseils à la direction
do not let the talents burn out as the competition is waiting for them with higher salary
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien à Capgemini (Chicago, IL (États-Unis)) en janvier 2020.
I applied on a Friday and was hired by the next Friday itself.
I had 2 main rounds of interview:
The first one was an easy online coding test in a language of my choice (I chose Python).
4 questions to be coded out and submitted within 1 hour.
I was called and told I did well and they'd like to have a Skype video interview. I just had one day to prepare and talk about one of my projects.
The second interview did not turn out to have anything to do with my project so I was kinda unprepared but it was instead simple OOP and SQL questions such as Encapsulation, method overloading, SQL joins etc. and a bit of simple algorithmic coding on the spot via screen share. The interviewer was very polite and friendly
Got a few calls from HR between these interviews to ask about work authorization, travel preferences, etc.
