Je travaille chez Capgemini à plein temps (Plus de 5 ans)
The company has a strong culture of a healthy work-life balance. The work is not too stressful, and people in general are quite understanding. If you are ambitious, have the right skills and can prove how you can add value, there are opportunities to grow.
Being a very large organization, a combination of luck and smartness will help you land the right team. From there, everyday work and the environment get better.
Compensation feels inadequate.
Training/upskilling opportunities are rare - if you want to learn and grow, you have to be self-motivated.
Career growth path is not well defined. There are too many levels of hierarchy.
Conseils à la direction

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien à Capgemini (Cologne (Allemagne)) en janvier 2019.
I had applied for the position of Software Engineer online through their portal and I got telephonic Interview within the next 2 weeks. They asked me about my experiences and were quite happy. Then they invited me for face to face interview in their office in Cologne. It was 1.5 Hours duration interview. It was panel of 2 people. They asked me mainly about my experiences and how I handled the various positions in my work. The last 15 minutes were to test my German language fluency, in which I was not able to understand a question. At the end they gave me feedback, that my experiences didn't match their requirement. I needed more experiences in technology. And my German fluency was not good. (I was in my B1 level) and they needed B2 level.
