Avantages
The Capgemini culture is very strong. It's a very entrepreneurial company which allows a lot of freedom and opportunities for innovation (not just with clients). Despite our large size, it often still feels like a smaller company and opportunities abound. We do a good job embracing diversity and hiring a diverse slate of talent, but even more importantly, it's a very inclusive company and it offers so many ways to get involved beyond your "day job" through ERG's , days of service, and local community events. Employee engagement continues to get stronger with each year I am here.
Inconvénients
It's a very large company with many different business units. If you are not used to working in a large consulting company, it will be a little challenging to build your network.

Consisted of 3 30 minute back to back interviews on-site. Each was 1:1. 2 behavioral interviews and 1 case study interview. They give you the case 30 minutes prior to your interview while you are waiting in the conference room.
