I don't even know where should I started with this. Since Blackstone took over Cloudreach, the company's culture disappeared. When Aaron Painter started as a new CEO, the direction that he took was a complete disaster (business perspective, employee's perspective). They force a growth phase believing that this would make us the most successful company in the market, which wasn't the case.
The first cut off of people happened in August 2019. They lied saying that this was over now and in October/November 2019 a massive cut off happening again.
This is not a safe place to work anymore. Now, with the arrival of the new CEO, we still don't have a clear direction: where are we going, budgets, benefits, management, nothing.
The current situation is bad, the morale is down and more and more people are leaving. Who would be staying in a place where you don't feel safe and you could be the next one being fired in a humiliating way. Because that's something else to add, they are not even aware that the german regulations don't allow you to fire someone like in the United States.

Don't fire more than 100 people and 4 months later start hiring again.

J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien à Cloudreach (Munich, Bavière (Allemagne)) en mai 2019.
I applied for a role in Berlin (Cloud systems engineer) and the got a call from the Talent aquisition explaining the steps of the interview process which consists of 5 stages (HR interview, Technical Programming challenge, Technical Interview with Cloud architects, Management Interview, Cloudy Pannel) and that the projects I'll be working in will be in Berlin and Germany area.
And after successfully comleting all the steps and the feedback was good in every step and then they decided to schedule another interview with Paris HR which is strange as it was not mentionned beforehand, finally the HR explains that I need to be in france 2-3 weeks a month which is even not discussed in the past interviews with the management interview in Munich, Obviously I explain that I posted for a Job role in Berlin and that travveling 75% of time to france is not ian option.
As conclusion I rate the interview process in Munich as non professionalism , miss information and a waist of my time.
