This organisation is very stable and is growing at rapid speed. Growth opportunities are available even for frontlines who have been with the company of less than a year. We even have managers who were with other BPOs for more than five years but has never had an opportunity to grow until they joinee EXL. This company is investing so much on automation (RPA) and is on tracked with the needs of the future.
Payroll process is very manual. People tend to be overworked on almost every designation. Enabling team is not so enabled due to being understaffed and high attrition. Basic pay for frontlines is not so competitive despite high competency requirements. The company attempts to engage with its people but has long way to go to do this consistently.

Walk-in Process and forward my resume to the recruiter. Waited for 20mins. Ushered us to the testing area and took a 1 hour written exam (English, Abstract, IQ test). After the test, we were called those who passed the written exam for the initial interview. One on one interview with the operation manager (30mins). Recruitment instructed me to wait for a phone call within a week for another screening. Someone called me in the evening, did a one on one phone interview. The interview is like an IELTS interview. Then after the 12min interview, they just informed me that the HR will get in touch with me. After 2 days, they called me for a job offer.
