Je travaille chez EXL Service à plein temps (Plus d'un an)
EXL offers very competitive compensation. If you put in the work and the time you will be rewarded. Sometimes it takes some time for things to actually make it through the process (too many processes IMO) but in the end what you receive is generous if deserved. As far as work/life balance I feel like it is respected and they work with you if you have things that crop up. As long as you get your work done you are able to juggle life's responsibilities. Things can get pretty busy but they are also cyclical, so you know when you may get a heavier workload. Its not so much as you're are regularly staying late/working extra.
At times the technological side of the business can be challenging. There are some roadblocks that happen when trying to get things done. To be fair, these challenges arise from being in a company that has so much sensitive information and it has to comply with the many regulations that come along with that.

J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien à EXL Service (Lambertville, NJ (États-Unis)) en octobre 2017.
Interviewed with 3 different people on site. Only asked me a couple of questions overall. Took about 90 minutes. They were highly disorganized, scatterbrained, and rude. Incredibly, two of the interviewers were very skeptical when I told I had been unemployed because I have a son with special needs whom I was taking care of. One of them even laughed when I told her this. It was probably the worst, most humiliating interview experience I have ever had.
