J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien à EXL Service (Noida (Inde)).
I cleared the technical interviews and I was very excited for the managerial round. It was a skype interview where the manager asked me to turn on the video and he didn't even turn it on from his side. I told him about myself and started asking him few questions about roles and responsibilities and he said he doesn't know anything. Neither he could tell me about the kind of projects I should expect in my role. He didn't know what team I am hired for or how many people are there in my team. I even tried asking him about various verticals in EXL which I had gone through before interview. He was not interested in anything.
He asked me briefly about a project. All this time I was damn polite. And at the end I wasn't selected. That was so unfair. Why to waste someone's time when you have already made up your mind. As a company you know Time is money and you wasted your and mine.
HR called me again for another team. Here the lady asking technical questions did't had good knowledge about data science. When I asked her about the kind of work I am being hired for, she asked me to google the various kind of projects in the world and it will be one from all those ample of projects. I asked her about various growth factors that EXL could provide me for my career. She said " you will be hired for a project, you shouldn't even think of trying to add another feather to your hat".
I don't have words to explain. EXL being one of my dream companies. Now seeing the staff I am not sure what to expect.
