J'ai travaillé chez FTI Consulting à temps plein (Plus de 10 ans)
They valued work life balance.
Budget constraints didn't allow for outside training as much as I would have preferred. They did offer a wide variety of e-learning experiences which was nice, but I wish I would have been allowed to grow my own career by working towards certifications.
J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris +1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien à FTI Consulting (Bowie, MD (États-Unis)) en juin 2019.
Phone interview had general interview questions to expect. About 8 questions and fairly conversation based, in that the interviewer followed up with interesting points she found interesting in my responses.
4 days later I went into the office for an in person interview. I met with the department lead and had a very casual conversation for about 15 minutes. It was just to learn a bit more about me and have her sell the office/position to me in a bit more detail.
Then met with two interviewers, one from the phone interview and another in the same position. They asked about 6 situational type questions. Still very friendly interview and helped to make a relaxed, but still profession environment.
So friendly and a very team oriented department.
