      After the initial digital video recorded questionnaire, HR interviews you and gives you plenty of advice and feedback on your answers to prepare you for the final interview with tech team. In final interview, tech team/individual usually ask you to solve problems while talking out loud while they judge and nudge you in right direction. My final interview for LEAP Full stack developer went good and I was able to solve two problems with the interviewer. Didn't get the offer though, the reason they mentioned was lack of front-end experience which was something that the interviewer didn't even ask during interview because I did have experience in that area which i would have explained given the chance. Kind of confusing but at least they keep you informed and HR is really nice.
