Je travaille chez Frank Recruitment Group à plein temps (Moins d'un an)
Met some lovely people in training and on my team, good fun at team social events or work Christmas party. Managers/team leaders genuinely happy for you when you get deals
Impossible to hit all your KPIs in a 8.30-5.30 day. Feels like a competition to stay late and I only got respect from others when I became the one to stay the latest. It was suggested to me to start coming in at weekends to get more done. Micromanaged by managers and very low basic pay, need commission to do more than get by
Conseils à la direction
Stop micromanaging stats and focus on quality not quantity
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien à Frank Recruitment Group (Newcastle upon Tyne, Angleterre (Royaume-Uni)) en juin 2019.
In my 20+ years as a highly experienced Senior Recruiter both internal and agency i have never in my life had such bad service from a potential employer, the process was long winded, in total x3 steps including a presentation which is fine, but what a complete waste of my time... i was being interviewed at every step by junior leveled management who simply did not have the recruitment and market insight to effectively manage the process effectively, there was issues with interview invitation, presentation structure and simple punctuality elements throughout the journey
When i completed the process i was then given positive feedback and taken on a tour around their Newcastle Upon Tyne (Head - Office) where i was absolutely in shock at un-productive staff, swearing on the floor and zero staff management, seriously it appeared like i had walked into the movie Wolf of Wall Street rather than a respected global employer which i was led to believe !
**DO NOT WORK HERE** it will be your worst decision
Upon completion of all of what was required, they took 3 weeks to respond to several emails from myself chasing for an outcome, to which their global learning and development lead said she apologized but sadly their has been some changes in the business which sadly meant the role specification had changed and i was unsuitable - WOW what an amazing talent journey i am still in shock !
