J'ai travaillé chez Frank Recruitment Group à temps plein (Plus d'un an)
We Work was nice.
The San Francisco office was ran by two 26 year old's that thought they were Gods of Recruitment but barely billed over 250k out of the two of them. No leadership. That is why the office no longer exists.
Conseils à la direction
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien à Frank Recruitment Group (San Francisco, CA (États-Unis)) en janvier 2019.
1. Phone Call with HR in Colorado
2. On-site with Manager in San Francisco
3. On-site with Manager and other Manager + Presentation
I had a phone call with HR, which I prepared for well, she didn't ask me any questions, just rambled on and on and then by the end of it was like "okay, I will set up the next interview"
First interview was with the "acting Director" in San Fran, very smart and easy to talk with. We got along well and I could understand the business well. I really felt I was a good fit for the position and culture in SF. I had my final a week and a half later with another manager. I did a presentation and then they both gave me very positive feedback. We talked for 2 hours.
They said there were 3 open positions for SF, I told them which one I preferred. We finished the interview with lots of smiles and a handshake. This was Thursday, they said they would let me know by Friday or Monday. I walked out of the interview thinking I just got the job.
HR emailed me Monday morning saying the Director was out of town on Friday but was back now and she would get feedback to me later in the day. HR never called me back. I called her, emailed her and texted her and she never replied until more than a week later with "our hiring plans have changed".
Was really disappointed in how they treated me and I am glad I don't work for them. Was especially not impressed with HR...
