J'ai travaillé chez Grant Thornton UK LLP à temps plein (Plus de 3 ans)
Agile working, flexible working hours,
Too many inexperienced managers and bad communication skills. Some of the managers are so rude and full of themselves. Some misuse working from home for irrelevant reasons. Too many pretence everywhere. There are work bits some Senior managers & Directors could on their own but they prefer to be spoon fed. You find the hardworking staff not getting salary bonuses. Too many false promising information when offered a job. No room for progression..
Conseils à la direction
It's best to employ matured and well experienced individuals. The company needs to be more transparent. Managers should take up more responsibilities in getting things done themselves. Managers needs more communication skills training and how to manage their attitude at work. Everyone should be fairly treated.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris +2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien à Grant Thornton UK LLP (Milton Keynes, Angleterre (Royaume-Uni)) en novembre 2019.
Initially I sent off an online application which provided facts like my University, A-level and GCSE grades, social background etc... This got approved and I had a series of online tests, like analysing data and psychometric. Then it was an online interview which consisted of two parts- competency based questions, and a written report. I was finally invited to an assessment centre which took 3 hours, which included a group assessment, lunch with recent graduates and a one on one interview.
