- Managers are doing a well done job for taking discipline against people who can't perform. They manage out those who affects our team numbers and stop them from distracting performers who can bring the best for the company.
- Only performers get to be treated well, which is fair and I do not see this as discriminative. Because we do not tolerate with non-performers and they should be managed out. Those who can't bill or does not have a strong business mindset should consider looking for a job elsewhere
- No cons. Great company to work at with like minded colleagues. Do not tolerate with weak people who can't strive because they are nonsensical
Conseils à la direction
Continue to be the best management. Promote performers and cast out the non-performers. Take any disciplinary action when needed. Non-performers shouldn't take it personally with the disciplines. We are only being harsh and difficult for their own good.
