J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien à Samsung Electronics America (Ridgefield, NJ (États-Unis)) en mai 2015.
I went for my interview and got a call back. Met with several people within the recruiting department and the experience was ok. What really surprised me was how they expect you to be "on call". Last I remember I am not a doctor. They want the person for this role to be on email basically 24/7. Granted the position is very high touch, but needles to say once you are home with your family one shouldn't have to be stressed about emails coming in late at night and on weekends. Another comment that shocked me was how they want the candidate to have "anxiety" in this role as everything needs to be done fast and yesterday. I don't feel that having stress or anxiety is healthy in any job or even in your personal life. From my understanding and hearing feedback from previous recruiters that worked for Samsung, this place is a slave driven environment. I will never consider working for this company. Last but not least, it's been 3 weeks since I heard back with any comments from them. No communication and that's terrible. I sent an email to withdraw me from their candidate pool.
