J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien à Uber (Dubaï (Émirats arabes unis)) en août 2019.
Reached out to an inhouse recruiter, as we had previous communication to a different role in a different location. Very accommodating as the role was based in Dubai, but I wasn't physically in that country.
1st Round: Had a recruiter screening call to go over general experience, why this role and why ubereats specifically. (30 mins)
2nd Round: A video call with the hiring manager, which was relaxed. I went over CV and experience but then a few competency questions, which were specific to the key priorities this role would need to focus on. (1hr but we overran)
3rd Round: A case study, in which you had to prepare a presentation which would last no longer than 50 minutes. They give you enough time to complete the case study & take into consideration that you may well be in a full-time job and so the weekend would be the most convenient time to complete the exercise. Presented the case study via video chat with 3 people from Uber Eats - all who were relevant to the business and role. (1 hr panel)
4th Round: One more video interview (which I believed was the last stage) with a Sales Manager that this role would be supporting (amongst others). Very Competency-based set of questions only. (30 mins)
Disappointing that after this entire interview journey with them, and the amount of time spent throughout, that I received an automated email to say I was not successful. I don't mind not being the right candidate for the role, but going through that entire process I would have appreciated a more personalised email and feedback. This is why the experience is Negative, else it would have been positive if feedback was provided.
