J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien à Uber (Dubaï (Émirats arabes unis)).
1. Phone interview with basic questions. 2. Simple questionnaire to answer about yourself. 3. A very very difficult and unnecessary test. For this test you need to study for a week at least and preferably buy a course for it online. Yes, there's courses online you can buy specifically to pass Ubers recruiting tests. 4. After passing the test there's an interview at the office and later on a panel interview.
I was waiting for my panel interview date but the recruiter never got back to me even after I emailed. I later on got an automated email that the role was cancelled and they most probably won't be hiring for it. When I wrote them back with a few questions I never got a reply and that was the end of it.
After all the time I spent on this, the stress and hard work of having to do that damn test while I still have another job to do and a family to take care of and then actually pass the test and do the interviews to only be rejected by lack of organisation. It's like peoples time don't even matter.
