J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris +2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien à Uber (Miami, FL (États-Unis)) en juin 2019.
The interview process is about two months in total:
First interview is with recruiter and is pretty standard, they ask about back ground, interest in the position, current salary and expectations.
Second part is the Analytical Test, which has three main components, 70% of the test is based on Excel data analysis, they give you data and you have to answer some questions based on it, a lot of pivot tables, some standard formulas. 20% of the exam is short questions that have to be written (two paragraphs answer) about 3 to 4 questions of these and finally 10% of longer questions (three to four paragraphs answer). This takes the full 2 hours to complete, so plan accordingly.
Third there is a one on one case interview, pretty standard, it is important to understand the business model, how the company ads value to the ecosystem and stakeholders.
Finally they send you a case and you have about two to three weeks to prepare a power point presentation and present to a panel of interviewers. It is very important to show your thought process clearly and how you reached your decisions, there will be questions about your assumptions and decisions. After the case, there's a one on one 30 min interview mostly situational and behavioral.
After roughly a week, they reached out with the offer.
