J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien à Virgin Media (Birmingham, Angleterre (Royaume-Uni)) en janvier 2019.
Applied through the website and had to complete a scenario based questionnaire. I was then invited to an telephone interview on the Monday. It was a relaxing interview with some questions followed by a role play. At the end of the phone call I was told I passed and was invited to the assessment centre the following Friday. The assessment day started with introductory session, a powerpoint and us introducing ourselves. We were then taken for a role play session before the actual interview. The roleplay was the same as the one I was given during the telephone interview. I was calling a customer to try and get them to pay the outstanding amount of £102.00. After this we were taken for our individual interviews.
Shame I didn't get the job as I had a good vibe from there and would've enjoyed it.
