Points are a joke, 1.24 points for a 1 man triple, which could take up to 3hrs and you get in london south £11.22 a point. You are made to work 2 mondays a month, high turn over of installers, TMs and AMs. Late nights. I take home an average £60/£70 a day for 10 hrs or more.

Had a call from Hayes Recruitment asking if I wanted to apply for the role of Field Access Technician. Had a telephone interview with Hayes all went well. I was then asked to attend an assessment day at Factory Lane office. The one to one interview did not go well as I thought it had even though I had over 19 years experience in the cable industry. I don't feel they were looking for experience technician.
