Je travaille chez Virgin Media à plein temps
Some management very supportive
Colleagues want to do the right thing
Someone shouted at me about a project I knew nothing about. It was my third day in the business
Senior leadership are awful, rude aggressive and inconsistent. I was threatened with my job for presenting what I was asked to
I've been shouted at a lot
Expectation to work weekends and evenings for free
Lots of micromanaging
Very heirarchical, many layers of senior management in very niche roles
Lots of JFDIs
Lots of politics
Very old fashioned ways of working, still using spreadsheets to push work around
Took them 5 months to fix a live customer facing incident, after I diagnosed the fault in 3 days.

Read the working culture and principles you publish on your recruitment website. Treat people like human beings not disposable slaves. Trust us to do our jobs. We do talk to each other, so we know when you talk badly about us to our direct colleagues. Overall a toxic environment, largely fostered by the leadership

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris +4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien à Virgin Media (Hammersmith, Angleterre (Royaume-Uni)) en septembre 2019.
Terrible interview process. I went through 3 stages, telephone screening, 1:1 interview and finally was invited to present. I spent a lot of time preparing for each stage, as well as had to do the personality quiz. I thought the actual interviews went ok, and we had a good discussion with the hiring manager. She said I can ping any questions to the recruiter (Virgin Media internal recruitment team).
After now nearly a month and two emails trying to chase, I got no response or feedback on how I did, nor positive or negative. I don't think that's very professional and I do believe everyone deserves to know how they did and if they got a job.
Silence treatment at its best.
