Big pay cut with no warning what so ever!
J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien à Virgin Media (Manchester, Angleterre (Royaume-Uni)).
Application online, telephone interview and then a face to face.
Following a telephone interview with the senior recruitment officer I was invited to a face to face. The interviewer was 15 minutes late and I did not even get an apology. Nevertheless, the interview itself was a very positive experience and I believed it went really, built rapport and had positive engagement with the interview. I was told that I would be contacted real soon to be notified whether I would be progressed to the next stage.
It had been 2 weeks and I heard nothing so I chased the senior recruiter, had no reply. Chased again a week later, had no reply. It had been a month and I had no acknowledgement or any kind of feedback following my interview. I contacted a senior employee within the company and on the same day I was contacted by the recruitment team who gave me feedback. I applied to Virgin Media due to the brand and they are a company that aims to attract, develop and retain talent. If they treat their existing colleagues half as unprofessionally as they treated me, then I am glad I did not succeed for this opportunity. Very poor.
