J'ai travaillé chez Waddell & Reed (Plus de 5 ans)
The people are nice there.
There is nothing I can say bad.

J'ai postulé via une recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris +2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien à Waddell & Reed (Olathe, KS (États-Unis)) en mai 2009.
Received a call from a company recruiter, held first phone interview with just basic questions about why I thought I would be good with customer service, if I could handle being on the phones all day. We then scheduled a second phone interview which had more "interview" questions... have you ever had to deal with a tough customer etc. etc. After this interview was an in person interview first with the recruiter who talked about benefits and pay, and then with the department manager and a team lead. They asked basic questions about teamwork etc. and talked about training. It has been 3 days, and still waiting to hear the results. Overall very time efficient. For customer service reps, mostly 23-27 y/o males looking to move up into better positions and using this position to get ther foot in the door.
