Je travaille chez Walt Disney Company à plein temps (Plus de 8 ans)
The people you work with your fellow Cast Members! The Cast member exclusive events! Great teamwork environment!
Very limited promotional opportunities! There are some office politics in the organization. Not the right leaders for the right locations. There are some average leaders that stay for a long time! We are so busy that it does make it hard for the front line Cast Members to deal with unhappy Guests.
Conseils à la direction
Executive Teams needs to rethink more advancement opportunities instead of lateral moves.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris +4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien à Walt Disney Company (Fullerton, CA (États-Unis)) en janvier 2015.
If you make the face to face interview yay! Here are some tips for you. Please make sure you have a 2nd or 3rd choice where you would see yourself working. Disney is a big company and there are many positions available.
Now if you are interested in working at the Hotels you need to show you have a passion for Guest Service and wanting to deal with Guests beyond just saying hello and how's your day.
From the point that a recruiter calls out your name you are being assessed for what this interview will be like. If you want a job at Disneyland you have to show the recruiters that you are courteous, enthusiastic and committed. Your resume could look amazing on paper but when we meet candidates we want to see that you will be able to work in a busy and crowded environment. You do work very hard in any role but it's a fun place to work. Your fellow Cast Members make it one of the best places to work!
Just like those commercials you see on TV you can be a part of providing magic to our Guests on a daily basis.
Questions d'entretien d'embauche
There's really no negotiation for any hourly positions it the rate they have for everyone who gets hired.
