Won't pay mileage to help employees, but if you can't get to work, they'll pay hundreds of pounds for you to take a cab. Gotta keep those doors open to squeeze every last pence out of addicted gamblers on FOBT machines. Single manned shops from 4 until 10 in the evening, trying to keep the shop from being a safe haven for homeless people. Pushing new starters to open and close within 2 months. Not following up on threats to employees. Rampant drug use/deals in the customer toilets. Rubbish pay, not getting paid for the extra 20 plus minutes at the close that you have to do so the morning checks are correct. Age verifications trying to catch you out, trying to deal with mystery shoppers while some customer asks you for prices on 20 horses ...obviously couldn't read the Pricefinder. Soul sapping car salesmen Cluster Managers. Trying to push new technology on the customers that doesn't work. BPM's taking 2 weeks off over Christmas while shop teams work Christmas eve and boxing day. Useless race room. Silly marketing..i.e. High 5? Really? Understaffed, overworked. Morale is terrible, getting worse.

This once proud ship is sinking rapidly. If you don't start paying a decent wage there won't be much left of the company especially after the £100 per spin maximum is reduced to £2. Too late now, Paddy and Ladbroke's are kicking you to the curb anyway.
