Je travaille chez William Hill à temps partiel (Plus de 8 ans)
Some lovely customers and occasionally, staff too.
No routine hours, no thanks, just a number. Wages don't reflect the unsociable hours. Poor and lazy staff hired.
Conseils à la direction
Hire more conscientious staff and up the wages!

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 jours. J'ai passé un entretien à William Hill (Liverpool, Angleterre (Royaume-Uni)) en mars 2018.
Recieved a telephone call on the Wednesday. In this I was asked a bunch of eligibility questions (right to work, Criminal record etc) Also asked if I could provide two references but these were never asked for again. Was then offered a Face to Face interview on the Friday.
Face to face interview was one on one (though the interviewer noted he typically had a note taker so expect 2 people) and consisted of two parts, One was a just an informal chat about you and the role, asked why I was interested in William Hill etc. (Note, I mentioned one of the reasons I was interested was Progression and the interviewer seemed to perk up and like this)
Was then asked four competency based questions, from a sneaky look at the interview sheet I saw that each question was selected from a small pool of questions each based on each part of William hills HOME Values (Really recommend looking that up before the interview.)
So there was one question based on the H aspect chosen from a couple of questions, One from the O part and so on.
