J'ai travaillé chez ASDA en Contrat Permanent
The colleagues at Asda that you have the opportunity to work alongside are what makes it such a great place to work. People are really committed to doing the right thing for the customer
Asda has changed over the years and more recently as times have got tough its lost some of the elements that made the business so successful. It no longer welcomes the same level of entrepreneurial spirit that it used to and has become more top down in its approach
Conseils à la direction
The values of Asda are what created a culture that bred exceptional talent that fuelled Asda to succeed, it's the erosion of these and the more 'command and control' approach that has weakened Asda's culture and interestingly enough its performance is following suit.
J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé une entrevue à ASDA (Londres, Angleterre (Royaume-Uni)) en septembre 2017.
There are three stages to the interview. The first stage is a group activity where you have to sell a product by coming up with a song or jingle. The second stage is actively working on the shop floor. The third stage is the one to one interview.
