J'ai travaillé chez ASDA en Contrat Permanent
The colleagues at Asda that you have the opportunity to work alongside are what makes it such a great place to work. People are really committed to doing the right thing for the customer
Asda has changed over the years and more recently as times have got tough its lost some of the elements that made the business so successful. It no longer welcomes the same level of entrepreneurial spirit that it used to and has become more top down in its approach
Conseils à la direction
The values of Asda are what created a culture that bred exceptional talent that fuelled Asda to succeed, it's the erosion of these and the more 'command and control' approach that has weakened Asda's culture and interestingly enough its performance is following suit.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé une entrevue à ASDA (Londres, Angleterre (Royaume-Uni)).
The interview was degrading, it was a group interview but nobody asked us about our ability to do the job, we literally just had to act out a silly "bad customer service scenario" just so they could tell us "this isn't how we do things at asda"
Nobody questioned us on experience or anything relevant, i was offered a job at the end which i accepted but when i got to work it wasn't the job I'd applied for, i lasted less than a week before i couldn't mentally or physically handle it. Great if you need money quickly and aren't having luck with other jobs, but so much if you can afford to be picky.
I turned down 2 other job offers for this one, what a mistake that was!
