HR are only interested in saving money and do not value individual employees. Low staff morale resulting in high turnover of staff.

I applied online. With very little notice (2 days), I was called in for an interview. The interview lasted about an hour. It involved a short test and panel interview (x2 interviewees). It wasn't particularly professional. I was surprised at how generic the interview questions were. They seemed to inadequately probe core technical skills that seemed key to the role. You could easily get through the interview process without demonstrating competencies that would be essential to doing the job well.
