J'ai travaillé chez Alzheimer's Society à temps partiel (Plus d'un an)
supportive, helpful team and manager
short term contracts, sometimes extended but too late (already got another job), lots of part time (yes good) jobs but poorly paid (can't manage on salary), irony that well paid jobs aren't offered as job share/ part time, losing good staff constantly because of pay/short contracts, have subsequently heard that 2 others from team have left and they have a new manager who is struggling - years of really good work about to disintegrate and come to nothing
Conseils à la direction
review contract lengths/pay, support managers better, make more well paid jobs available part time
J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé une entrevue à Alzheimer's Society (Londres, Angleterre (Royaume-Uni)).
Initial task with scenario followed up by discussion of scenario and how you would proceed.
Two panelists- each asked four questions
Both panelists very friendly and interview was reasonably relaxed. Asked for feedback on interview but haven't yet heard back
