    Avantages

    Great working atmosphere with challenging product to sell which help to improve the customer life.
    All people in the company are helpful.
    Good compensation and benefits
    Being integrated to CISCO is also an advantage

    Inconvénients

    Not that much, unless you don't enjoy having fun and working hard.

    J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris +4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien à AppDynamics (Paris) en septembre 2015.

    Entretien

    I recently went on an interview process with Appdynamics and it was the worst experience ever in the way they managed communication internally and treat candidates.
    I passed the phone screening with their recruiter and then I didn't hear back from her for approx 2 weeks despite my emails to get an update. I finally got a proposal for a 1-1 with one of their regional GM who cancelled the meeting last minute without much notice (2 hours to be accurate).
    One week after at 9.30PM on a thursday, I had a time proposal for the 1-1 for the next day. The interview went ok and I had the validation from this person that I will be progressing to the final stage (interview with their VP in the UK).
    I then sent a nice follow up email to their recruiter and the GM to understand next steps. Their VP replied with a very impolite and unprofessional email stating: "don't tell us what we have to do, I won't progress you to the final stage!!". I couldn't bother to respond.
    No doubt that Appdynamics has a great product, a technology relevant to many EU markets and interesting packages... My experience however has demonstrated that they have no consideration for candidates, hope they treat employees and customers better.
