    Avantages

    I worked in Appway 2.5 years and I can say it was one of the nicest working experiences I had: nice people, nice environment, nice offices.
    I had a manager who supported me and gave the possibility to work on multiple projects/areas I thought I can have an impact. The leadership team is experienced the CEO is super nice and kind, very friendly and treating people as people, not as employees or numbers. He built over the years a nice company culture I suspect is very difficult to find nowadays.
    All in all I like it and I would definitely recommend the place to anyone eager to learn and to work.

    Inconvénients

    There is nothing that I can think of as a "con".

    J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien à Appway en mai 2020.

    Entretien

    I had 2 interviews with the company for the job of Digital Marketing Operations Professional and an assessment. Everything happend online, as there was the Coronavirus situation and the borders were closed in Europe. Their answer came no later than 2-3 days after each interview, as they were in a hurry to fill the possition as soon as possible. However, after the final step, they didn't provided me any feedback unless I asked them what's gong on, after 2 weeks since the last interview.

    In the first phase, after applying to the job, the recruitor contacted me by email to make sure I am willing to relocate to Switzerland. After that, she scheduled a call with a senior and very lovely person from the marketing department, that lasted almost 1h. There were basic question (HR and marketing related questions) regarding my experience, tools that I use, what I am good at, whet should I improve, why am I interested in the job, what are my sallary expectations and so on. The next day I was asked to prepare a presentation answering 3 questions related to marketing automation tools and process wich I presented after 3 days in a call with Head of Marketing, a Brand Manager and the Marketing Manager.

    I loved the team, they are super nice and I wish I could work with them, but unfortunately I didn't get the job. What I didn't like about the company is that they didn't provide any feedback in the next 14 days, taking into consideration that I worked hard on the assessment and sacrified my free time to do the presentation. I would have appreciated any short message comming from their side.

    However, after I wrote them back, I got a reply from a HR Manager who asked for my phone number and coalled me to provide the requested feedback. I appreciated her time, but not her tone of voice. I felt like I asked for too much from her side as she was a bit agressive when providing the feedback.
