    Avantages

    One of the best things about working at Astranti is the autonomy. They allow you to really own your work, and hone your writing skills. Having said this, there are always people on hand to edit your work and to bounce ideas off of when needed. There is also a lot of room for growth, and the team are very passionate about the work, and the company. Overall, I really enjoyed my time at Astranti, and I always felt valued for my work and my ideas.

    Inconvénients

    The production roles at Astranti require a quieter work environment, so if you thrive in a busier/noisier office, it might not be the best fit for you.

    Entretien

    The day started with an introduction to the business, what they do, a brief history and about the role. It was myself and one other applicant.

    It was very well organised: we were given a schedule which would include a 1-2-1 interview, a writing task and two tests (business awareness and maths). This interview was from 9am-1pm.

    However, the reason I have reviewed the experience as poor is due to the preparation. When emailing about the interview asking what may be needed or any preparation, I was told nothing more than to bring a pen.

    As someone with dyslexia which includes a difficulty in numbers, it put me at a large disadvantage which could have been easily over come if I were provided with more information, or given more time.

    I thought the business was inspiring, and the team very friendly, but I do feel as though the process was not accommodating for those with learning disabilities or difficulties. Despite their learning material being simple and clear, they did not apply the same process for their interview day.

    Feedback of the day will be given, and the reason for my non-offer was purely down to my test scores.
