    Avantages

    Co operative employees + excessive work hours oviously will make you learn + one will make good friends at 3 am.

    Inconvénients

    Lack of work ethics as communication, sarcasm, taunts, comparisons with fellow performers, shoutings and screamings from mutual sides.

    Pro longed work hours as of unsurity of deliverables.
    It's obvious that individual + company needs to grow but in case u occasionally work less than 12 hrs, u will be looked down upon because historically you would have worked more than that.

    Upper management is perfect and inspiring leaders but middle management is full of politics(xcept one or two) and fight for resources.

    Lack of new learning techniques and only relatives of managers were given chances.

    And few fear the consultants so much that they would make the team stay awake for no work and confirmations.

    They have the potential to grow unless they change this style of work.
    That's the reason they have lost many employees who once had an attitude to do anything for the company.

    Conseils à la direction

    Advice to Middle Management:Please please listen to the problems of the employees rather than thinking those are not problems at all.
    Streams of river only contributes to the Sea, stop taking undue credits. If some are willing to grow , let them.It takes some amount of mutual effort to make one blossom and losing them won't help.
