J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris +2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien à Capgemini Invent (Paris) en décembre 2016.
Le processus a duré 2 mois environ de l'acceptation de mon CV et de ma lettre de motivation à la réponse positive du cabinet. Le procesus est décomposé en plusieurs étapes:
- 7 tests en lignes (anglais, logiques ...)
- entretien rh classique
- mise en situation client ( ex : jeune consultant, ton manager est bloqué dans les bouchons comment tu réagis face au client ? )
- Etude de cas
- Entretien de closing.
C'est un réel échange durant les entretiens et les managers savent vous mettre à l'aise.
