J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris +3 mois. J'ai passé une entrevue à Centrica (Windsor, South West England, Angleterre (Royaume-Uni)) en mars 2018.
Sent off the application and then didn't hear anything for a month or so. Then was invited to do some online tests and again didn't hear anything for a month or so. I was then invited for a phone interview with only 2 days to prepare (I was told it would be competency based but actually they didn't ask any competency questions, instead it was about them, why I wanted the role, what challenges the industry was facing, what challenges HR was changing etc.). I was then scored straight away on the phone and was invited to an assessment centre the week after. They also gave me a feedback phone call/prep call for the assessment centre that week - which was just giving basic info on what would happen on the day really.
Assessment centre was in Windsor, much shorter than other assessment centres (I think it was only 3 and a half hours). We did a group assessment where we discussed the challenges facing the energy sector. Then an analysis assessment where you give some recommendations to someone roleplaying as a manager, and finally you have an interview. Heard back 2 days later, and was given feedback a week later.
