J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez CertainTeed (États-Unis) en avr. 2021

The interview process started out well with a CertainTeed recruiter contacting me within a day or two of applying. We promptly set up a phone interview and it went really well. From there, it was a terrible experience. I never did end up speaking with that recruiter again because she took days (and up to a week) to return my phone calls and emails regarding getting a virtual interview set up with the hiring manager. Finally, someone from Saint Gobain stepped in and we set it up.

Then I had the interview with the hiring manager where there was so apology for how poor the experience was up to that point - so clearly the communication is lacking between the recruiter and hiring manager. Regarding the interview, it went fine. But towards the end with two or three minutes left I heard another Microsoft Teams meeting start on her end. I asked my last question - she completely rushed through the answer giving me a non-answer and quickly got off the call. Even if she didn’t think I was a fit, you never treat a candidate, who could one day be a customer, like that. Really poor impression of the company all around.

Why are you looking for something new, talk about a time where you made a mistake, a time where you were challenged, etc.
