  • The "Women in eCommerce" team weren’t going to let the lockdown stop them from continuing the conversation, so on Friday, June 19th, they held their virtual Women in Ecommerce event.  Topic: Professional and Personal Development Speakers: Dr. Martens, Flower BX, WEAREWE The (un)official cocktail: Blueberry Mojito  It was Contentsquare's biggest Women In Ecommerce event yet with 145 attendees from Salesforce, Sainsbury's, Which?, Farfetch, Virgin Media, GLH Hotels, Michael Kors, Bloom & Wild, HSBC, BT, Pepsi & Co, Boden, Barbour & Sons, Liberty, Pandora and more.  Following the three amazing talks, our Q&A sessions let the guests drop into virtual sessions with each of the speakers to ask any questions they had, chat with the other attendees, and discuss their own experiences. video in the link.

Want to help develop software that revolutionizes e-commerce, processing large volumes of data, and facing new technical challenges every day?

As a Data Engineer, your challenge will be to collect several billions of events per day and query hundreds of terabytes in real-time. You will have to design efficient architecture to store and analyze petabytes of data, lead large scale projects and mentor other developers, implement complex acquisition workflows, think of smart data formats to serve the functionalities of the product, all while minimizing costs and developing tools to help data scientists.

As a Fullstack Software Engineer, your challenge will be to value user experience, the quality of the interfaces that we deploy, and the quality of code. You will have to make key technical decisions and help to define the global technical vision, lead large scale projects and mentor other developers, evangelize code quality and tests, implement new features for Contentsquare’s product, write client and server code to provide successful and ergonomic web applications and ensure the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of the SaaS application.

As a DevOps/ Platform Engineer, you will have to manage third-party services, internally-developed services, and services managed by the Cloud Provider. You will ensure other R&D teams use Infrastructure as defined by the IaC, implement and maintain relevant monitoring defined with dev teams, and take part in projects to improve the quality of platform services and infrastructure reliability.

As a Data Scientist, your challenge is to imagine innovative solutions to automate the User Experience analysis. You will have to meet a business need with A.I from start to finish: design, develop, test, and industrialize by moving algorithms to scale.

As a Product Manager, you will have a significant impact on delivery, quality, and methods which will help Contentsquare achieve its goal. You will be responsible for the development and delivery of several features, as part of the whole SaaS solution. You will run feature production as a scrum master and project manager.

 

The Customer Success Management (CSM) team has the important role of guiding new clients in the optimal use and adoption of the our solution. As the client's first point of contact in their relationship with Contentsquare, CSMs are responsible for providing them with the best possible onboarding experience and empowering them to use the tool autonomously.

To do that, they need to ensure solution implementation and adoption within the client's organisation. They do this by:

  • Identifying key users of the solution and building strong relationships with them (operationals and executives)

  • Leading training sessions and guiding users on their path to becoming autonomous

  • Engaging clients in use of the solution by providing them with dedicated and bespoke support, by identifying their strategic business goals

  • Configuring and analysing client data within the Contentsquare tool

 They also have to coordinate actions to ensure client satisfaction, by:

  • Ensuring adoption of the solution and providing personalised solutions for usage optimisation

  • Co-ordinating internal resources to cater for client needs (Data Analysts, Solution Integration Manager, Product team, Customer Care)

  • Being the voice of the client and providing internal feedback on how Contentsquare’s solution can be improved

  • Keeping customers updated on Contentsquare's latest developments, resources and events

The Sales team is made up of many different profiles:

  • Inside Sales transform leads into prospects

  • Presales ensure the technical feasibility of the project with the prospect

  • Sales negotiate and sign the contract, and are also in charge of renewals

  • Technology Partners integrate with Contentsquare, helping customers enhance their existing technology stack seamlessly

  • Strategy Partners are agencies, consultancies and Sis that use Contentsquare to enhance their client’s digital experience

All of whom work together to:

  • Foster new relationships

  • Uncover client needs and pains that Contentsquare can solve

  • Help educate customers on the value of Contentsquare throughout the adoption cycle

  • Identify customer needs and collaborate with Contentsquare teammates to ensure customer success with special emphasis on signup, upgrade, and renewal

  • Initiate, negotiate, and close new contracts with customers

  • Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas, including product

  • Help in researching and developing new products based on customer and general market needs

    J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien à Contentsquare (Paris) en juin 2020.

    Entretien

    Processus composé de 3 entretiens : 1 entretien RH (30 minutes), 1 présentation + entretien avec le manager (1h30), 1 entretien avec le vice-président de la division (30 minutes).
    Tous les entretiens se sont très bien passés, j'ai été très bien accueilli par toutes les personnes que j'ai connu.
    Ambiance décontractée, on a pu se tutoyer depuis le début (même avec le VP).
    Entretien RH : Entretien classique sur le parcours, les motivations et une question pour vérifier la fluence en anglais.
    Présentation Manager : Présentation d'un cas technique, on reçoit un tableau excel et on doit formuler des recommandations à partir des données fournies. La présentation est suivie d'un entretien sur le parcours et les compétences.
    Entretien final : Entretien décontracté avec le VP sur la motivation.
