EntretienThe whole process is just gibberish. They do not want to continue after the Soft skills interview which was another gibberish too. They always ask questions like that: "Tell us your experience exactly like this/that ..etc". As an interviewee you are not a machine, you do not have to have/remember experiences just like they want. They told me as a senior developer you have to express technical things as easily as possible to a non-technical person. But as a non-technical person, you do not have even a clue about technology/software ...etc. How can I tell you too easily even you do not have a clue? That is just non-sense and unfair. Instead of behaving like this(making people feel bad about themselves), give that person a project/code assignment and let another developer/business analyst argue with each other. If Coolblue does not take action against these non-sense HR people it will lose new talents.
