    Avantages

    Vacation time and maybe a buzznight every 8 months.

    Inconvénients

    Many of the managers are not good at what they do, they are not meant to be managers but they are foreign and can not be moved because the company is paying for their Visa in the United States. If they lose the management position then they can't be in the US anymore. This should not be a reason to put a person who is poor at their job in charge of others. I dealt with a manager who consistently put others down and was blame forward. They never took responsibility for their actions and played favorites based on whoever would suck up to them the most rather than actual skill. additionally, success in the company is only about networking and getting those managers to like you. It is not about skill at all. There is a person still there that is terrible at their job but was chosen to stay just because the manager liked them the most personality wise.

    Think about who you are putting in charge and don't just base it on a visa requirement. Also when making decisions, look at the statistics behind each employee prior to making a decision based on who you like the best.
